Kathryn became qualified as a court-appointed mediator in 1996 and has facilitated alternative dispute resolutions involving civil and family law matters. She trained mediators and CPS caseworkers to effectively participate in mediation before becoming the Juvenile Referee (Judge) for Galveston County. After five years in that position she has returned to her private practice focusing on FAMILY LAW, PROBATE MATTERS, ESTATE PLANNING and MEDIATION SERVICE in Galveston County.
