Kathryn became certified for court-appointments in 1996 and has facilitated numerous alternative dispute resolutions involving civil and family law matters. She trained mediators and CPS workers to effectively participate in mediation before becoming the Juvenile Referee (Judge) for Galveston County. After five years in that position she has return to her private FAMILY LAW practice and MEDIATION SERVICES.
